The upcoming closing of the Indian Tremendous League (ISL) on the Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium in Goa may be held with 100 per cent crowd attendance, it was introduced on Thursday.
The Goa authorities’s apex committee of specialists on COVID-19, at a gathering right here, gave its go forward for 100 per cent use of the seating capability on the stadium in view of enchancment within the pandemic scenario within the state, an official mentioned.
The committee, which has medical professionals as members, met in Goa Medical School and Hospital premises to debate a proposal to permit the ultimate match of the nation’s high soccer league with 100 per cent capability on the Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium at Fatorda in South Goa.

The assembly was chaired by Dean of GMCH Dr Shivanand Bandekar.
The committee has given its go forward for the ultimate match with 100 per cent capability contemplating the COVID-19 scenario within the state, Bandekar instructed reporters after the assembly.
He mentioned the entry into the stadium for the ultimate match might be restricted to solely these spectators who’ve taken each doses of the COVID-19 vaccine or these carrying COVID-19 adverse check certificates.
The ISL closing might be performed between Kerala Blasters and Hyderabad FC on March 20.
